The main difference between high-quality organic walnuts and ordinary walnuts lies in the planting method, nutritional content and production process. ‌

Planting method
Organic walnuts are grown in an organic agricultural production system without the use of chemical pesticides and chemical preparations to ensure pollution-free quality. Its growth environment is usually far away from industrial areas and pollution sources, and the soil, water quality and the entire ecological environment must meet certain conditions to ensure its natural pollution-free characteristics. In contrast, ordinary walnuts may use pesticides and fertilizers during the planting process, and these chemicals may remain in walnuts, affecting their quality and safety.
Nutritional content
Organic walnuts are very rich in nutrients, containing 15~20 grams of protein, 60~70 grams of fat and 10 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams. It also contains a variety of trace elements and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and a variety of vitamins such as carotene and riboflavin, which are very beneficial to human health.
In particular, the content of calcium, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and other ingredients that are beneficial to brain nerve cells is high. Although ordinary walnuts also contain these nutrients, their purity and safety may not be as good as organic walnuts.

Production process
During the production process, organic walnuts follow strict organic production standards, and no artificial pigments, flavors, or preservatives are added during the pressing and refining process. The word "organic" is usually clearly marked on the packaging, and the logo of the organic product certification agency is attached. Ordinary walnut oil may add some chemical ingredients during the production process to improve the taste or extend the shelf life.
